What is your return policy?

Unfortunately Castle Collection Co does not offer refunds or returns at this time so please be mindful when purchasing.

Castle Collection Co can only refund the cost of an item to us minus post and fee for the item as this is Disney's policy to us in the case of a damaged item.
If your item gets lost or damaged in the post, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to provide assistance. In the rare case that your item gets lost we will take care of this for you. In the rare case that your item gets damaged by aus post, this is something that aus post covers you as the buyer of goods within australia.

Do you take requests for items you do not have?

Yes!
We place orders a few times per week so please do not hesitate to contact us and we can assist in helping obtain the gadget or gizmo of your dreams by popping it into our next order.
Please note that we do require an up front payment for special orders.

Will you be getting items back in stock?

We will restock our popular items as frequently as possible and chances are that we will get it back in. If you are after anything in particular though, we do suggest popping through a request by contacting us.

What does pre-order mean?

A pre order is an item we order especially for you!

This means that once your item is ordered through us, we place it in our cart that we are currently building and once we are full (this could be the day of to 3/4 days following max) then we press the big submit button to get you your Disney magic!
Disney then takes 3 days (estimate) to package and send us shipping notices. It then takes anywhere from 4 days to 2 weeks to arrive and be checked and re-packaged to their new home for you to love.

Do you offer pick up or delivery?

We most certainly do! We are in Sydney - Rouse Hill or Windsor. Depending on your location, we can organize a closer meet point if you have spoken to us prior so please hit that Let's Chat button.

If we aren't online to chat we will  get back to you as soon as possible.

Pick up is free but please ensure you set a time to meet that can suit yourself and us here at Castle Collection Co via pm on facebook. This can be done after purchase but please ensure you are flexible.

Are Our Items 100% Disney?

Yes! Our items come from Shop Disney or Disney Parks only.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and Bank options. If you are wanting to pay bank please send a message to our facebook page as we are not set up yet on this platform. We currently do not offer Afterpay but are working towards this for you in the future.
